Wear Good Shoes

Edinburgh's cobblestones are uneven and can be slippery when wet. Skip the heels.

Be Flexible

This route is a suggestion. Skip stops that don't interest you and linger at ones that do.

Weather Backup

If it rains, spend more time in the National Museum and duck into cafes. Edinburgh weather changes fast.
